Hoppers & Conveyors

Keeping production moving without interruptions is critical. Bulk supply hoppers are built to make your parts feeding process more reliable, more consistent, and less dependent on manual handling. At Vibromatic Company, Inc., we design hopper feeder systems that work seamlessly with vibratory feeders and other automation equipment, helping you achieve smooth, continuous operation.

If your current system requires constant refilling or struggles to keep up with demand, these bulk hoppers can solve that frustration by delivering a steady flow of parts without constant monitoring.

Hopper Options for Different Applications

Every operation is different, so Vibromatic offers several hopper configurations. Whether you handle lightweight caps or heavy metal components, there’s a style that fits your needs.

Elevator Hoppers

Elevator hoppers raise parts vertically to load a vibratory feeder or other sorting equipment. This is helpful if your process requires elevation or if you need to handle large or irregular components that don’t feed well through other methods. They are easy to load and bring ergonomic benefits for operators.

Incline Hoppers

Incline hoppers provide a gentle lift with a smaller footprint. These are ideal where space is tight or when parts require controlled movement as they rise to the feeder. They support continuous feeding without taking up unnecessary floor area.

Straight Wall Hoppers

Straight wall hoppers are versatile and simple. They handle a wide mix of parts — from molded plastic components to metal pieces — while holding enough volume to support long production runs. This option is excellent if you want reliable bulk part storage with efficient discharge to your vibratory feeders.

Engineered for Real Production Needs

Every hopper feeder is built from heavy-duty stainless steel to stand up to continuous use. Adjustable feed control allows you to set the exact flow your system requires. Integrated level sensors signal when to start or pause feeding so parts stay at the proper level in the feeder bowl. You don’t waste time stopping and restarting equipment manually.

For facilities with strict hygiene requirements, Vibromatic can provide polished finishes and sanitary materials. For parts with specific handling needs, custom hopper trays can support smooth feeding from storage to your sorting system.

The goal: reliable performance that supports consistent output on every shift.

Designed to Work with Vibromatic Vibratory Feeders

Our bulk hoppers are built to feed vibratory feeders efficiently. As the feeder uses parts in its bowl or track, the hopper automatically releases more. This keeps the system running smoothly and prevents gaps in production. You get a more controlled and balanced process that reduces operator involvement and supports high-volume automation.

Why Choose Bulk Supply Hoppers from Vibromatic?

A hopper feeder from Vibromatic gives you the advantage of storing a high volume of parts and feeding them at the rate your process requires. Less downtime. Less operator involvement. More productivity per shift.

Our engineering team builds solutions that match your parts, feed rate, and application. No guesswork. You get an efficient system that supports your operation and integrates with your vibratory feeders or other downstream equipment without hassle.

Industries like automotive, electronics, consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, packaging, and plastics rely on our equipment for continuous production and reliable performance day in and day out.

Vibratory Hoppers

Vibromatic Vibratory Storage Hoppers are designed to provide easy loading, bulk storage and transfer of parts. Vibromatic standard vibratory hoppers use stainless steel construction and can use an electronic coil or an air drive for vibration. We also offer sizes from 1/8 cubic foot up to 10 cubic feet of bulk part storage.

We have designed and built thousands of custom hoppers to suit our customers’ needs and specifications. These can include using FDA 316 stainless steel that are hand polished for food or pharmaceutical applications to hoppers with custom trays with vacuum slots to clean any particulate for clean rooms.

Vibromatic Vibratory Hoppers are used by industries including, pharmaceutical, automotive, electronic, cosmetic, food, packaging, plastics, glass, foundry, steel, construction, and metalworking industries. Vibromatic custom parts handling systems offer a cost-effective alternative to manual labor, saving manufacturer’s time and labor costs. Several factors must be considered when selecting the best parts handling system for your application. Custom Design Hoppers

The standard operating voltage of these units is 115V, 60H with a maximum power draw of 3.2 amps. Vibromatic can supply as an option and “H” Series variable speed control for each hopper. Other power requirements can be accommodated with optional controls upon request. The vibratory hopper bin is constructed of heavy gage stainless steel as a standard feature.

Vibromatic Hoist Hoppers are designed to be loaded in bulk at floor level, and elevated to the work area of part handling systems including Vibratory, centrifugal or linear parts feeders. Once the parts have been elevated the hopper works in the same manner as any traditional hopper feeding system. This unit is especially desirable in applications where heavy lifting is to be avoided, and minimum floor space is available.  As a standard feature, Hoist Bulk Hopper pre-feeders are signaled to operate through the use of a non-contact level control device. This allows Vibromatic’s vibratory parts handling systems, centrifugal feeder bowls, and linear parts feeders to operate efficiently with a constantly metered supply of parts without the costly attention of plant personnel. All Vibromatic vibratory Bulk Hopper Feeders are designed to interface with all types of parts handling and parts feeder bowl systems including vibratory feeder bowls.
